Shaykh ʿAbd Allāh al-Ghunaymān

Shaykh ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad al-Ghunaymān (born 1352 AH, unsure) was raised in al-Shamāsiyyah in the Qaṣīm region. He studied at the religious institute in Buraydah and then at the College of Sharīʿah in Riyadh, before joining the Islamic University of Madinah as an instructor.

He rose to head the department of ʿaqīdah in graduate studies at the Islamic University, and taught in the College of Daʿwah and in the Prophet’s Mosque. He is well regarded among the people of knowledge for his precision, especially in the creed and methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamāʿah, and continued to teach in his own mosque in Buraydah in his later years.
